How has plastic changed the humanity?

It changed the humanity in many aspects, in the positive way it is cheaper and practical than other kinds of material, it mean that the people has more access to get it
but it has became massive and the people doesn't have the education to recycle it

Can we substitute plastic?

Yes we can substitute from glass, plastic additives.

It's healthy to eat and drink on plastic containers?

it is not healthy because the plastic has a lot of chemicals and it could damage your body

During the second class of week number 6, we were talking about pollution in Costa Rica and the whole world. The teacher told us that we have to prepare a presentations explaining all the consequences of the pollution in 50 years. Also we discussed about plastic waste and how can we stop this can of pollution .
In my personal opinion i think that this is so important, i use to use plastic a lot of plastic containers, because it is cheaper and easier to use. I think that sometimes people recycle all this materials just for trendy, and not for be conscience of the problematic about this wastes. Truly we have to make conscience and realize the real situation about that.

 Project # 3 

During the preparation of project number 3, the teacher gave us and each group a specific civilization. Each group had to perform research work in order to prepare a presentation and expose it to the group

We have to  find information about Greek and Mayan civilization.

During the project we learned a lot about other civilizations and also learn new vocabulary

also we prepared a final activity, in order to verify if the comrades put attention to the project. "Who wants to be millionaire" was the name we put to the game

Someone that has taken a risk

During week # 2 I presented about Bill Gates, because we were talking about someone who take a big risk to be successful.

It was difficult for me to choose someone who take a risk, I decided to talk about Gates because he is very successful and it was for the risk that he took on 1976 to leave the university and start into their new company right now Microsoft

A Big Inspiring Family Gets an Even Bigger Surprise

During the 2 and 3 week we were talking about families who adopt children, their benefits and cons of this.


This is the first essay, and talks about food. I tried to talk about raw food because is a topic that nobody talks and I think is interested to develop

The benefits of eat raw meat, vegetables and fruits

As we know a high percent of people around the world don’t use to eat raw foods. It´s about for the aspect that it has, because the people related it with a bad flavor but this is just a myth.
According to a study realized on USA raw foot brings thousands of benefits that are believed to be destroyed when it is heated over 115 degrees Fahrenheit. But what happen if you keep your foods below 115 degrees?

There are some nutrients and enzymes that keep benefits, if you don’t cook this enzymes provide an energy boost for all the body when you it them. Beside if you start to eat sometimes raw foods your energy will increase due to high enzyme and nutrient content and you will feel better.
When you eat raw foods you are consuming a higher content of fiver. The fiber contribute to improve digestion and help to eliminate processes in your body. Additionally base on a search the human body produces approximately 22 different digestives enzymes. These enzymes are capable of digesting carbohydrates protein and some fats. Raw vegetables and also some fruits as carrot cabbage are rich of these enzymes.

Evidently eating fruits and vegetables provides an important source of vitamins for the human body, especially vitamins A and C. This Vitamins boost your immunity and may reduce risk of cancer, diabetes and high blood pressure. Based on a article of BBC, people have to eat seven fruits per day to have a good immunity and get less diseases. But based on surveys realized on USA, the average is five fruits. Therefore eat sometimes raw vegetables and fruits could bring thousands of benefits for you.

Keep eating a balanced portion of raw foot (meat vegetables and some fruits) could help you to have a better life.

We still practicing about "the conditionals" because nobody remember this topic. we practiced some exercises that the teacher brought us.

This are the rules to use the conditionals

Fascinating Tokyo. (Writting # 2)

Have you ever Heard about a place that is surrounded by technological things and amazing landscapes in a great harmony? There is a city that has customs and culture living in complete equilibrium. Thousands of parks, buildings, sculptures and lots of places and thing can be found in Tokyo city has an incredible development in technology? Tokyo Institute of Technology also called TIT is a huge institute dedicated to science and technology studies. TIT was founded in 1881 before the First World War this could be the reason why Tokyo is a mega develop city and offers a lot of things in its companies. Most of the Asian´s countries starts their studies on technology because they need to develop it for the First World War

Another marvelous thing that you can see just in Tokyo is the Sumo fights. The Tokyo citizens consider that Sumo fight is the best theater. During May and September you can catch some of action at Ryogoku Kokugican Tokyo’s National Sumo Hall. Another place that you can visit in Tokyo is the Yoyoki Park, which is one of the largest parks in Tokyo. There you can enjoy amazing water attractions and during winter you can see wonderful landscape

Tokyo culture and diversity takes different forms from cities such as London, Paris and NY. This rise had its origins in culture from elements of Japanese popular cultures starting from karaoke to manga comics and sushi bars spread across the globe. Tokyo’s culture is reflected in tis traditional arts like Ikebana (flower arranging), Origami (Making objects by folding paper) and others. Also there is a large number of festivals and rituals in this huge city

As a conclusions Tokyo city is the most fascinating and weird city. If you want to explore and learn completely about others cultures you will have to visit Tokyo city.

Brainwashing Society

Is media brainwashing us to boy things and turning us into consumer market? Advertisers and Television producers spend their days looking the best ways to manipulate your mind and tell to your unconsciousness a message to boy their products or to fallow their TV show. All these kinds of persuasive ads are turning society into a massive consuming society and sinking people to the extremist consumption

Sometimes we spend our time watching TV and indirectly we are manipulated by all this ads turning us consumerist collectors of things that we would have never bought. Base on a study in a group of consumerist just the 39% hast mote income than the rest, they used or go to movie theater, visit malls, boy technological devices and clothes. It mean that all this techniques used by media have influenced the society

On the other hand, at first we have to define the word brainwashing that is a forcible indoctrination to induce people to give up basic political, social, or religious beliefs and attitude to accept contrasting regimented ideas to maintain an economically stable society, companies must sell their products to us society. Advertisers and Television producers also have to perform their job to live, for example the ads that show the best things if a country in order to attract foreign country

Concluding, the media are becoming our consumer society, and this is due to the excellent publicity made by advertisers. Media is a double-edged sword.

My name is Alonso Cordoba, I am from to San Sebastian that is located in San Jose city, I live with my grand mother and my oldest brother, his name is Mauricio. I am studying Industrial Engineer on ULACIT for 2 and half year. I define me like a respectful, honest, and helpful person. My hobby is about aquarius, I have a natural fishbowl with 24 tropical fishes, and I waste my free time taking care of it, because it is very tedious. I love to go  the beach with my girlfriend, especially Conchal beach that is located in Guanacaste. Also I have 2 more pets, the dog is Ricardo and the cat is Mizingo, but i don´t like the cats, it´s of my oldest brother. We are 3 siblings the oldest is Mauricio, the middle brother  is Daniel, and me Alonso, the youngest.
